Pillow is amazing: perfectly supportive at the medium fill (I use a secondary pillow for lift), soft and comfortable without losing shape. Oen small downside is as a hot sleeper it retains a lot of that heat and I find myself on the warmer side as the night goes on.

Best pillow I’ve ever had

This pillow is the best one I’ve ever had, after a very long search as well. It’s soft enough for that cloud-like feeling whilst still giving me the necessary support (mostly back and sometimes side-sleeper). I ordered a medium loft. The customer support is amazing, Tyler is truly trying to help you find the best match and does this with an unparalleled passion. I’m a customer for life!
I workout a lot and have a lot of neck pains because of this but my neck pain (and sleep quality) have greatly improved with this pillow.

Its been about 10 days and I am extremely happy with the pillows and the Customer Service I received from Tyler. I ordered two pillows in medium queen size. They fluff up beautifully and are lofty enough for back and side sleeping. I put them in a standard pillow protector to give it more loft. Shipping to the US was quick and I saved hundreds compared to buying locally in the states.

Husband thrilled with this Christmas gift!

My husband had ankle surgery before Christmas, and knew he would be mostly bedridden for several weeks.
